Living in India, separated from my music collection, I resolved to do one thing upon returning home: start seriously collecting vinyl, buy two turntables and a mixer, and teach myself to mix with records.
And so my DJing career, which has gone in the reverse order to most (started on Ableton, graduated to CDJs), has finally reached the point of a debut vinyl mix. The first of many, one would hope. But hopefully not all containing an unfortunate stylus freakout just as its hitting its peak…
